You might have heard earlier this week how a website was claiming that Conan O'Brien's new set looked suspiciously like a Super Mario Bros. level . Well, tonight on his show Conan addressed the accusations, saying that "it's absurd -- there's no way that you could ever see Super Mario Bros. in this set." And then he delivered the punchline, which you can see in this clip:
Anyway, it seems like Conan staged the entire thing, but either way, it's pretty funny -- and a really cool homage to the Nintendo game.
